EntraVault is organized around a tenant-aware operating model. Organizations own events. Events contain the access model used by live operations. Guests and tokens feed movement checks. Operations, security, and audit provide live control and traceability.

Core Setup Rules

  • Create access levels before mapping them to gates.
  • Create gates before linking them to event policies.
  • Do not exceed event total capacity when assigning guests.
  • Do not mix incompatible admin, organization, and event role categories for the same user.
