  • Guest assignment is blocked when it would exceed event total venue capacity.

How Requests Move

  • Org request: NEW -> UNDER_REVIEW -> APPROVED/REJECTED -> CONVERTED_TO_ORG
  • Event request: NEW -> UNDER_REVIEW -> QUOTE_PREPARED/QUOTE_SENT -> ACCEPTED/DECLINED -> CONVERTED_TO_EVENT
  • 404 responses on scoped resources usually mean not found in your current tenant context.

Sessions and API requests are evaluated with tenant-aware controls so organizations only access their own scoped data.

Yes. Privileged actions are logged and export features are available to support reporting and compliance workflows.

How do I request services if I am not an admin?

Use your organization onboarding contact path. Public self-service intake is not yet enabled in this console.

How do new operators get access?

Admins assign roles to users through identity-managed access, then users authenticate through secure login.

What should I request: ORG_ADMIN or EVENT_ADMIN?

Request ORG_ADMIN for organization ownership tasks; request EVENT_ADMIN for event execution and operations.

Privacy

EntraVault collects and processes only operational data required to provide access control, auditability, and platform support. Access is limited by role and tenant boundaries.

Sensitive session and authorization data are handled through trusted identity infrastructure, and all privileged operations are logged.
